Brother Victor Vince visits Kempsville Lodge in September of 1997. Brother Vince would affiliate with Kempsville Lodge later that year. In 2009 he demitted from Kempville Lodge, joined Burke Lodge No. 147, and served as its Worshipful Master in 2015.
